A private Winter weather advisory encompasses most of Northern Kentucky, beginning Sunday night, through the early morning Monday, January 8th, 2018.
Precipitation will begin late Sunday and extend into the morning hours of Monday, tapering off and an increase in wind is expected. Areas North of Lexington and Louisville are expected to encounter a majority of the frozen precipitation, such as snow and freezing rain, while South of Lexington should experience mostly rain.
Wind Statement: Wind will likely be mild.
